ST. KITTS & NEVIS – (SGF) SUSTAINABLE GROWTH FUND

St. Kitts & Nevis Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF) is a government-owned, closed-end fund that was established in 2006 to promote and facilitate sustainable economic development. The SGF has two investment objectives: first, to generate a stable stream of income for the government of St. Kitts & Nevis through investments in approved projects that will support economic growth; and second, to create jobs and promote private sector development by investing in projects that have the potential to stimulate economic activity. To date, the SGF has made over 60 investments in a variety of sectors including tourism, agriculture, manufacturing, and infrastructure.

On 2nd April 2018, the Government of ST. KITTS & NEVIS announced that the Citizenship by Investment Unit will be offering a new donation option known as the Sustainable Growth Fund. This option is effective immediately. The new donation amounts under this option are as follows:

New Price Structure:-

  • US $150,000 – Single Applicant
  • US $25,000 – Qualified Spouse of the Main Applicant
  • US $10,000 – Each Qualified Additional Dependent
  • All current due diligence and application processing fees remain the same
